HVAC in Brookhaven
Brookhaven, in DeKalb County, became a city in 2012 and is known for its post-war brick ranches alongside a steady stream of larger new infill homes and townhomes. Older ranches often have ductwork in crawlspaces or low attics that was never sized for today's cooling loads, while new construction tends to be tighter and may call for dedicated humidity control or fresh-air ventilation. Mature hardwoods throughout the city mean outdoor units need regular clearing of leaves and debris.
